Our take
The MSI MAG 275CQF E18 is a good middle-ground monitor for gamers who want QHD resolution with high refresh. The 180Hz Rapid VA panel offers deep blacks thanks to the 5000:1 contrast ratio, and 0.5ms response keeps motion blur low. However, the 250 cd/m² brightness is a bit dim, even for indoor use. The panel is curved, which I like for immersion, but it's not heavily curved. The stand is OK but not fully ergonomic. At $173.49, it's reasonably priced for the specs. If you're coming from 60Hz, the upgrade to 180Hz will feel huge. Just keep the brightness limitation in mind.
